Case #10721 Neighbours 7,366 jurors so far

Should I have told my neighbour her cat keeps coming into my house?

The complainant says

A neighbour's cat started coming in through my back door in the summer. It's very friendly and I started giving it a few treats and letting it nap on the sofa. It now visits every day for hours.

My neighbour saw it leaving my house and was upset. She said the cat is on a special diet for a health condition, it's been losing weight at home because it's not eating its food, and that I should have told her it was visiting. I genuinely didn't know it had a condition.

The other side says the neighbour, as the complainant tells it

She says feeding someone else's pet without asking is never okay, and that she's been worried sick about why the cat wasn't eating at home.
